SHIPPING and HANDLING
We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it. Orders must be accompanied by payment in the form of check or money order. Shipping and handling cost are specified in the WHEN ORDERING section on this page.
We use the following shipping methods:
Standard UPS Ground
US Postal Priority Mail
EXAMINATION COPY POLICY: Examination copies for college instructors when ordered from this web site must be prepaid. Upon adoption and following an order placed by the college bookstore, the instructor's personal account is credited in full and a credit is issued or a refund is made upon request.
WHEN ORDERING: Orders are made by mail and must include payment. To the total for merchandise, please add $5.20 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book to cover the cost of shipping and handling. Please make your check or money order payable to and mail to Consortium Publishing, 640 Weaver Hill Road, West Greenwich, Rhode Island 02817-2261. Thank you!

Returns
Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to know about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
PERMISSION TO RETURN: Permission to return must be made in writing and must include the invoice number. When permission to return is granted, return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Books must be returned in resalable condition; otherwise credit or refund shall be denied. There is a 20% restocking fee. Upon the receipt of book in resalable condition, a credit memo will be issued reflecting this restocking fee. Refund is made upon written request and will also reflect the restocking fee.
